Return & Refund Policy

Need to return your order?

  • Immediate purchase items: Returns are accepted on the same day of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • Other items: Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective. These must be handed back to the courier at the time of delivery.

Refund process

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

We do not provide cash refunds; all refunds are issued via bank transfer or back to the payment method used.
