Immediate purchase items: Returns are accepted on the same day of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Other items: Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective. These must be handed back to the courier at the time of delivery.

Refund process

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

We do not provide cash refunds; all refunds are issued via bank transfer or back to the payment method used.
